About Risk Mentor
Risk Mentor works with the people who do the work to connect what they know about the risks, your requirements and the everyday work, so crews and leaders decide from the same picture.
We help you set out the state your operations have to be in to be safe and productive, how that state can be compromised, and the Business Inputs (controls and control supports) that keep it in place.
We work alongside your people, from the first workshop to workflows in daily use, and stay while the new way of working settles in.
The Digital System Master holds your standards as an agreed point of truth. Field Portal workflows, built with your crews, take them to the work. Governance and performance reporting reads the same record.
We connect the systems and records you already have. We don't replace them.
Mining and electricity distribution, and other high-hazard operations, around the world. We have worked with PowerNet in New Zealand since 2016, and supported the ICMM Innovation for Cleaner, Safer Vehicles programme, including workshops and three leading site cohorts.
